Stan had been smoking 40 cigarettes per day since his teenage years. He had previously tried a number of methods to help him quit smoking including nicotine replacement therapies but with very little success.
Stan came to me for help to stop smoking. He had been smoking for 35 years and was on about 40 cigarettes per day. He had tried every other method of quitting smoking but to no avail. I explained to Stan that while most clients stop smoking after just one session, some may need two or three, but the cost stays the same. He came in for his first session and has never smoked a cigarette since.
