What causes Anxiety?
When the autonomic nervous system detects danger, your natural reaction will be one of anxiety or stress. During this, the adrenaline rises within your body to increase the capability to either fight for survival, or run faster. As soon as the threat is gone, then your body will reduce the levels of adrenaline so you can continue as normal.
